Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1.What we collect
When you send us a care request, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name, phone number and email address
- the kind of help you are asking about, the day and time you would like us to talk
- the message you write about your loved one
2.What happens automatically
Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information that is needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type.
If you arrive from one of our ads, the web address may carry campaign tags (for example, a Google Ads click ID). We save them with your request so we can tell which ads help families find us.
3.Please don't send sensitive details
Please don't put Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or medical records in the form. Tell us what you'd like us to know about your loved one's routine and needs in your own words, and we'll talk through the details with you.
4.How we use it
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
- to get back to you about care
- to keep a record of your request
- to understand which pages and ads bring families to us, and to improve the website
- to keep the website secure
5.Who helps us handle it
We use service providers to run this website, for example for hosting, storing requests and sending email. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
6.Cookies and advertising
Right now this website uses only what it needs to work. If we turn on advertising measurement (such as Google Ads), cookies or similar technology may be used for that. If that happens, we will say so on this page and offer a choice where the law requires it.
7.How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond to you, to provide care if we start caring for your loved one, and to keep reasonable records. If you'd like us to delete it sooner, just ask.
8.Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you by phone or email.
To do any of that, email us at LSfamilyhomecare@gmail.com.
9.Children
This website is for adults looking for care. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
10.Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
